Sadly, this is our last morning on the Dushi. We were up early to have breakfast, catch up on more news of the Colombian hostage release, finish packing and head off to the airport. We left Clara and Jacques (and Jibe) behind at the Ibiza Club Nautico.
It is impossible for us to express our gratitude to Clara and Jacques for sharing this wonderful trip with us. It has been an experience we will never forget – we’ve learned, wondered, enjoyed and relaxed. We are left with a love for Mallorca and Ibiza, perhaps more for the calas and countryside than for the cities, that will always be calling us back. And the memories of this, our first sailing trip, will be with us forever. THANK YOU!! - and a sad goodbye to the Bares and the Baleares.
We navigated Ibiza airport easily and took off for Barcelona on our SpanAir flight at 1:15.
